Operational SLA Metrics

The Operational SLA Metrics snap-in mirrors the standard legally-binding SLA metrics with internal-facing SLA metrics to ensure your team meets its operational goals. The snap-in adds three new metrics to conversation and ticket SLA policies for operational use. They should not represent legally-binding commitments, but metrics for tracking team performance.

Installation

  1. In DevRev, go to Settings > Snap-ins and click Explore Marketplace in the top-right corner.
  2. In the DevRev marketplace, find Operational SLA Metrics and click Install.
  3. Click Save > Install snap-in.

Once installation completes, the operational SLA metrics are available on ticket and conversation SLA policies.
